ARV

After Repair Value (ARV) is the valuation of your home once all repairs have been completed. This is created based on your home, and comparable homes in the area that have recently sold.

REPAIRS

Many of the homes that we purchase require some work. Based on the condition of your home we will factor in any repairs necessary to make the house sellable.

TRANSACTION COSTS

Transaction costs are our out of pocket expenseses when we go to sell the home. This includes commisions, closing costs and any holding fees

PROFIT

It takes work to create offers, acquire properties, make repairs and sell a home. The more a home cost and more repairs needed requires greater profit to offset our risk.
